- 1 quart blueberries
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup miniature tapioca
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 - 9" pie crusts
- - melted butter
- - evaporated milk
- - sugar

Step 1Brush bottom of crust with a little melted butter and sprinkle a little tapioca mix on the bottom. Prepare the rest per package instructions and put into the crust. Fill with berries. Brush top crust with canned milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
