blueberry pie filling
I didn't like the recipes I was finding so I made my own! I have only made this during blueberry season, when I can buy fresh blueberries at the farmers' market. I used my recipe for pie crust that I have posted on JAP. Look for it under "Shelleys' Best Pie Crust"

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries, feel free to use heaping cups
- 1/2 cup good grape juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- - crust for top and bottom for pie or cobbler
How To Make blueberry pie filling

Step 1Pick over the berries for stems, leaves, etc. and rinse. Place them in to the pie shell.

Step 2Mix all remaining ingredients together and pour over berries.

Step 3Top with crust, cut steam slits to your liking, and bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees F. Reduce temp. to 350 and continue to bake for 30 minutes more.
