This is a classic blueberry Pie, very easy to make. My family requests it at all holidays and when they can get me make it again & again.

Ingredients
- 5-6 pints fresh blueberry's
- 5 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make blueberry pie

Step 1Mix sugar,corn starch, salt,cinnamon together, sprinnke over blueberry's.

Step 2Add mixture in large glass pie dish, dot with butter. Put top crust on, slit or make decorative holes on top of crust for venting of berrie's.

Step 3Bake for 50-60 minutes on 375 degree's until golden brown. Cook pie on middle shelf of oven. Allow to set for 30 minutes to allow pie to cool and set up.
