How to Make Blueberry Pie
- Mix sugar, salt, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Pour over blueberries and stir gently till blueberries are coated. Pour in pie shell then top with crust and crimp edges... may brush with milk and sprinkle top with sugar before baking, for a glossy finish! Bake at 400* for 20 minutes then reduce heat to 350* for 30-40 minutes.
