blueberry -lemon pie
Found this recipe in an old cookbook that belong to Mom. Changed it up a little bit now I call it mine. Been baking pies so long I don't even remember when I started. Made this one as a surprise for somebody.

Ingredients
- 1 - crust recipe for 2 crust pie
- 2 cups fresh berries
- 2 cups frozen berries(drain)
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour (heaping)
- - salt (dash)
- 2 tablespoons butter, cold
How To Make blueberry -lemon pie

Step 1In a largd large bowl mix berries, lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar, flour, and salt.

Step 2Mix well, Place into a pastry lined pie plate. Dot with butter adjust top crust and flute edges and cut vents. Bake in hot oven 425 degrees 40 to 50 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and Juice bubbles through steam vents.
