Ingredients
- 1 package gram cracker (chocolate) or your choice
- 1 large cream cheese
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 1-2 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
How To Make blueberry cheese tart

Step 1In food processor or mini chopper crush gram crackers, when crushed mix in Tbsp sugar and the melted butter. Pat down onto quiche pan (one with removeable bottom). Bake for 5 minutes. Whip soften cream cheese with egg, vanilla and sugar. Spread onto gram cracker mixture. Toss fresh blueberries with 1-2 Tbsp sugar, spread on top of creamcheese. Bake for 30 mins at 350 or until the cheese is firm. Refrigerate overnight. Cut like a pie.
