blueberry banana split pie

The recipe makes 2 pies and that is a good thing, because my husband eats one by himself!! The photo I posted is w/o strawberries and pineapple, didn't have any and didn't want to go to the store!! Good with or without!

Ingredients

  • 2 - 9 inch graham cracker crusts
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling
  • 4 large bananas
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits (drained well)
  • 2 cups strawberries, fresh, washed, tops removed and sliced
  • 2 large containers cool whip
  • 2 cups pecans, in pieces
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

How To Make blueberry banana split pie

  • Step 1
    Mix together cream cheese, sugar and cool whip and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Slice bananas and cover bottom of pie crusts. Cover bananas with 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Step 3
    Now, put strawberry slices on top of the cream cheese mixture. Cover with 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Step 4
    Now, layer the pineapple and cover with 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Step 5
    Finally, cover with the blueberry pie filling and then top with the remaining cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle the pecan pieces over the final cream cheese layer, if desired.
  • Step 6
    Refrigerate at least one hour before serving!!
