How to Make Blender Chocolate Pie
- Mix eggs, sugar, cocoa, and milk in blender.
- Add butter, salt, and vanilla. Blend.
- Pour into an unbaked pie shell (deep dish kind is best as it holds more) and bake at 325 for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Be sure to bake on bottom shelf in oven so that bottom of crust will get done.
- Serve topped with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Sprinkle with ground nuts or ground chocolate if you want to make it fancy.
