Ingredients

  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa, unsweetened
  • 1 can (small) evaporated milk
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make blender chocolate pie

  • Step 1
    Mix eggs, sugar, cocoa, and milk in blender.
  • Step 2
    Add butter, salt, and vanilla. Blend.
  • Step 3
    Pour into an unbaked pie shell (deep dish kind is best as it holds more) and bake at 325 for 40 to 45 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Be sure to bake on bottom shelf in oven so that bottom of crust will get done.
  • Step 5
    Serve topped with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Sprinkle with ground nuts or ground chocolate if you want to make it fancy.
