4 cfresh blackberries (i use 3 containers from krogers)
29" pillsbury pie crusts
1/4 csugar (for top crust)
How to Make Blackberry Pie
- Spray pie plate with Pam. Put 1 crust in. Combine berries with 1/2 c sugar and 1/2 c flour. Put into unbaked crust. Top with remaining crust. Seal and crimp edges. Brush with milk and sprinkle with 1/4 c sugar. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 375 degrees and bake an additional 20-25 minutes. Serve warm with some fresh vanilla ice cream.
- Note: I used 3 containers of blackberries from Krogers. This is the absolute best blackberry pie! Don't waste time looking for another!
