blackberry pie
This is so easy, and so yummy! I had blackberry pie in Boulder Junction, Wisconsin at Musky Days for the first time and was hooked. I have looked for many recipes to come close. This one does it, and is the absolute best! Don't bother looking for another recipe!

Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh blackberries (i use 3 containers from krogers)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 - 9" pillsbury pie crusts
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 cup sugar (for top crust)
How To Make blackberry pie

Step 1Spray pie plate with Pam. Put 1 crust in. Combine berries with 1/2 c sugar and 1/2 c flour. Put into unbaked crust. Top with remaining crust. Seal and crimp edges. Brush with milk and sprinkle with 1/4 c sugar. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 375 degrees and bake an additional 20-25 minutes. Serve warm with some fresh vanilla ice cream.
