My husband loves blackberry cobbler, and was always asking me to make one. Here is a simple recipe with a light crust that he enjoyed!

butter, melted
1 c
all purpose flour
1 c
1 Tbsp
baking powder
1/8 tsp
2/3 c
1 pkg
frozen blackberries, thawed

How to Make Blackberry Cobbler


  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13"x9" baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 2Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk until well combined. Batter may be a bit lumpy.
  • 3Pour melted butter into greased baking pan. Pour batter ingredients over butter. Spoon blackberries on top of the batter. Bake for 45 minutes, or until batter is golden brown.
  • 4Optional: Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
