My husband loves blackberry cobbler, and was always asking me to make one. Here is a simple recipe with a light crust that he enjoyed!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 package frozen blackberries, thawed
How To Make blackberry cobbler

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13"x9" baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk until well combined. Batter may be a bit lumpy.

Step 3Pour melted butter into greased baking pan. Pour batter ingredients over butter. Spoon blackberries on top of the batter. Bake for 45 minutes, or until batter is golden brown.

Step 4Optional: Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
