Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cans nestle dulce de leche
- 2 tablespoons dark rum
- 1/4 cup half and half or whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 - baked and cooled 9 in pie crust, homemade or purchased
- 1/ cup pecans,chopped
- 2 - bananas
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 - heath bar
How To Make bananas foster pie

Step 1Combine the Nestle Dulce de Leche, Rum, half and half, cinnamon and vanilla and spread into the bottom of the pie crust

Step 2Heat oven to 350 degrees. Toast pecans for 5-8 minutes until golden and fragrant. Let cool for 5 min. and sprinkle over the filling that has been spread in the pie shell.

Step 3Peel bananas and cut into slices, Arrange banana slices over the nuts and filling layers.

Step 4Combine whipping cream with the brown sugar and vanilla. Whip until stiff peaks form. Spread over banana layer.

Step 5Break Heath candy bar into pieces and arrange over the whipped cream. Chill pie for at least one hour before serving. NOTE: The Dulce de Leche, rum and half and half, cinnamon and vanilla is like caramel when mixed all together :)
