I learned this recipe when I was in high school. I helped to make it for one of my friends graduation party. It's been a party favorite from Michigan to Mississippi!!!

  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 2 c
    graham crackers, crushed

  • 3/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 tsp

  • 4
    medium bananas, slightly ripened (about 3 cups sliced)
  • 1-20 oz
    can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/3 c
    maraschino cherries, cut in half
  • 8 oz
    cool whip
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts of your choice
  • ·
    chocolate syrup

How to Make Banana Split Pie


  1. Combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press into bottom of 13x9x2 pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and softened butter until fluffy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat 5 mins. Spread over crust. Chill for 30 mins.
  3. Spread pineapple over creamed mixture. Arrange bananas over pineapple. Cover with whipped topping, sprinkle with nuts. Chill for 6 hours. Garnish with cherries. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
