I learned this recipe when I was in high school. I helped to make it for one of my friends graduation party. It's been a party favorite from Michigan to Mississippi!!!

1/2 c
butter, melted
2 c
graham crackers, crushed


3/4 c
butter, softened
8 oz
cream cheese, room temperature
2 c
powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp


medium bananas, slightly ripened (about 3 cups sliced)
1-20 oz
can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/3 c
maraschino cherries, cut in half
8 oz
cool whip
1/2 c
chopped nuts of your choice
chocolate syrup

How to Make Banana Split Pie


  • 1Combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press into bottom of 13x9x2 pan.
  • 2Beat cream cheese and softened butter until fluffy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat 5 mins. Spread over crust. Chill for 30 mins.
  • 3Spread pineapple over creamed mixture. Arrange bananas over pineapple. Cover with whipped topping, sprinkle with nuts. Chill for 6 hours. Garnish with cherries. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
