Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons reduced fat butter melted
- 2 packages small serving size sugar-free instant pistachio pudding.
- 2 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup reduced fat cool whip
- 1 - whole banana sliced
How To Make banana pistachio pie

Step 1Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter in small bowl mix until crumbly. Press crumb mixture onto bottom of 9inch pie plate.

Step 2Prepare pudding mix according to package directions for pie. using 2 1/2 cup milk. Gently stir in banana and cinnamon, fold in 1 cup of cool whip.

Step 3Pour into prepared crust. Rerigerate at least one hour. Top with additional whipped topping(fancy like the picture or spreak on top.
