- 1 - 9" unbaked pie shell
- 1 - large banana, cubed
- 1 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup light karo
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons rum
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2Blend all the ingredients and pour into pie shell.

Step 3Bake 45 minutes, or until crust is golden and filling is set.
