How to Make BANANA GUAVA PIE
- Combine guava nectar, lemon juice, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat.
- in a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water into a smooth paste then stir into guava nectar mixture.
- Stir till it thickens and clears, then remove from heat and let cool.
- Combine cooled mixture with bananas and pour into pie crust. Refrigerate.
- Serve with dollop of Cool Whip.
