Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs yolks
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make banana cream pie

Step 1Scald milk. Mix eggs, sugar, flour and salt. Add vanilla. After milk is scalded put mixture in milk. Cook until thickened.

Step 2Slice bananas. Arrange close together on baked pie shell. Cover with filling. Top with meringue

Step 3Meringue: Beat 2 eggs whites well until stiff. Add 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/8 teaspoon baking powder. Beat well and arrange on pie.
