Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups graham crackers, crushed in to crumbs
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 4 cups powder sugar
- 2 - (8 ounces each) packages of cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 8 ounces can of crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 - bananas, peeled and cut in to quarters
- 12 ounces container of frozen whip topping, thawed
- 8 - maraschino cherries, cut each in half
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup pecan halves
How To Make banana cheesecake

Step 1Mix butter and cracker crumbs together in to a bowl until blended well. Press the crumb mixture evenly on bottom of a baking pan. Set the crust aside until needed. Mix powder sugar, cream cheese together in to a bowl until blended well and smooth Pour the mixture evenly in to the crust. Spread crushed pineapple evenly over top of the cream cheese mixture layer. Spread banana slices evenly over top of the cheesecake. Spread whip topping evenly over top of the cheesecake. Dot the cherries evenly over top of the cheesecake. Sprinkle pecans evenly over top of the cheesecake. Chill cheesecake in to the refrigerator for 4 hours and serve.
