Got this recipe off of channel 7... MR. FOOD, about 10 years ago. My family and friends love it. I also tried this recipe with apples...

Ingredients

  • 1 - graham cracker crust
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice concentrate
  • 1 package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 - bananas

How To Make banana breeze pie

  • Step 1
    Cut banana into slices and line pie crust; (you can dip banana's in lemon juice first so they will not turn brown)
  • Step 2
    In mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, condensed milk (Eagle Brand) and vanilla extract together until smooth;
  • Step 3
    Add lemon juice and mix well; pour into pie crust lined with the banana's; top with extra banana's; place the pie crust plastic top on it and refrigerate for about 2 hours and then serve.
