I haven't made this yet but will soon as our blueberry season is in full swing. I saw this recipe in a local craft store newsletter and thought it sounded so good.

Ingredients

  • 1 box
    vanilla wafers
  • 2 large
    bananas
  • 1 c
    blueberries
  • 2 (3 oz) pkg
    cream cheese
  • 14 oz can(s)
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 3-1/2 oz box
    instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 c
    heavy cream

How to Make Banana Blueberry Pudding Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Line a 9 inch pie plate with vanilla wafers, reserving any excess for garnish
  2. Layer bananas and blueberries on top of the vanilla wafers
  3. In lare bowl beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy
  4. Add sweetened condensed milk and beat until smooth
  5. Beat in water and instant banana pudding mix. Chill for 10 minutes
  6. In another bowl beat heavy cream with an electric mixer on medium spped until soft peaks form. Fold into the chilled pudding mixture
  7. Pour mixture into the prepared pie crust. Garnish with excell vanilla wafers. Chill
