Such a good and refreshing pie. You might try other pie fillings...I've only used blueberry. I actually make my own blueberry filling by stewing down the blueberries with sugar and a little water.

Ingredients

    9 inch pie crust, baked
  • 1 can(s)
    blueberry pie filling
  • 2-3 medium
    bananas, sliced
  • 8 oz
    whipped cream cheese, softened
  • 5 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 small
    tub cool whip

How to Make Banana-Blueberry Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Bake pie curst to a golden brown. Slice bananas & place into curst.
  2. Mix cream cheese & sugar together & spread over bananas.
  3. Pour pie filling over bananas.
  4. Top with cool whip and chill a few hours before serving.
  5. Tip: If you don't have time to make your own whipped topping just add a drop or two of vanilla extract to bought cool whip. This makes it taste more like homemade.
