1/2 to 1 lb
bacon fried crisp drained, broken into 1 inch pieces
1 c
cheddar cheese, shredded fine
green onion chopped or 1 tablespoon of onion diced fine or 1 tablespoon of chives
9 inch pie crust- uncooked
2 c
half anf half
4 large
1/2 tsp
dry mustard

How to Make Easy Breezy Bacon and Cheddar Quiche


  • 1Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 9 inch pie crust or use one that is from the dairy case. Do not prebake.
  • 2Sprinkle the bacon on the bottom of the pan, spread the cheese over the bacon.
  • 3In a bowl, beat the eggs and mustard until frothy.
  • 4Stir in the half and half and onions
  • 5Pour over cheese and bacon.
  • 6Put on middle rack in oven, turn the temp to 350 degrees and cook 30-45 minutes until eggs are set. A knife stuck in the middle will come out clean.
