Ingredients
- 1/2 to 1 pounds bacon fried crisp drained, broken into 1 inch pieces
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded fine
- 1 - green onion chopped or 1 tablespoon of onion diced fine or 1 tablespoon of chives
- 1 - 9 inch pie crust- uncooked
- 2 cups half anf half
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
How To Make easy breezy bacon and cheddar quiche

Step 1Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 9 inch pie crust or use one that is from the dairy case. Do not prebake.

Step 2Sprinkle the bacon on the bottom of the pan, spread the cheese over the bacon.

Step 3In a bowl, beat the eggs and mustard until frothy.

Step 4Stir in the half and half and onions

Step 5Pour over cheese and bacon.

Step 6Put on middle rack in oven, turn the temp to 350 degrees and cook 30-45 minutes until eggs are set. A knife stuck in the middle will come out clean.
