2In double boiler mix half the sugar, gelatin and salt. eat egg yolks slightly with milk and stir in. Continue stirring over boiling water until dissolved. Remove form heat. Stir in orange peel, then avocado mixture. Chill until mix firms slightly - forms a dollop when dropped with spoon.
3Beat egg whits, gradually, adding remaining sugar, until stiff (don't allow to get dry, though). fold into avocado mixture.
