I was very young when my Aunt Totsy introduced me to this pie. She was the baker at the local Kresge's store and wow, could she bake pies. She lived upstairs from us and one day offered me a piece of pie. I ate it and enjoyed it tremendously and thought it was apple. She later told me it was made with Ritz Crackers. I was so surprised, but sure loved it just the same.
