This recipe belonged to my late Aunt Minnie.This pie too was served every Thanksgiving,and Christmas.Though she passed away in 1964,this recipe has continued to be a family favorite!

Ingredients

2 mashed - sweet potatoes
2 cups sugar
1 - egg beaten
1/2 cup can milk
1 stick oleo
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make aunt minnie's sweet potato pie

Step 1

Boil,and mash sweet potatoes til tender(make 2 cups) Mix ingredients together and beat til light in color about 5 mins.and pour into unbaked pie shell.

Step 2

Bake at 350* for about 50 mins. or til firm.
