AUNT LIZ'S KEY LIME PIE
1whole sleeve of graham crackers (there are three in a box)
5 Tbspmelted butter
2 tsplime zest
1 can(s)sweetened condensed milk
2/3 ckey lime juice (you can use lime juice if you can't find key lime juice)
1container cool whip
How to Make AUNT LIZ'S KEY LIME PIE
- Crush the graham crackers and mix together with melted butter and sugar. Press into pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
- Mix together the egg yolks, lime zest, sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice. Pour into pre-baked pie shell and bake for 10 minutes.
- Top with cool whip when cool
