- - pastry for double crust pie
- 1/2 cup sugar (more if blueberries are tart)
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 cups blueberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter - salted
How To Make aunt liz's blueberry pie

Step 1Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in blueberries. Put into a pastry lined pie plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter. Cover with pastry and put on a baking sheet. Bake for 35-45 minutes. Keep an eye on the crust to make sure it does not get too brown. If it does cover the edges loosly with tin foil.
