Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir in blueberries. Put into a pastry lined pie plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter. Cover with pastry and put on a baking sheet. Bake for 35-45 minutes. Keep an eye on the crust to make sure it does not get too brown. If it does cover the edges loosly with tin foil.
