How to Make Aunt Leslie's Pie Crust
- 1In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, egg and water until well combined. Set aside.
- 2In a second bowl combine the flour and sugar, cutting in the shortening until crumbly and about the size of peas.
- 3Combine all ingredients until just incorporated (too much mixing will make the crust tough!). Form into a ball, wrap in tin foil and place in the fridge for 1/2 hour, then roll out.
