aunt catfish's key lime pie (no bake)
Found this super easy Key Lime Pie Recipe in a cookbook entitled "A Taste of Florida" by: Dorothy Chapman. This recipe comes from the City of Port Orange and from a restaurant named Aunt Catfish's. It contains no eggs so no need to bake! :) It is also super rich so feel free to make mini tarts instead of huge pies! Enjoy! :)

Ingredients
- 2 cans (14oz each) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice (make sure it is key lime!)
- 1 - 9 inch graham cracker crust
- - whipped cream
- - key lime zest (optional)
How To Make aunt catfish's key lime pie (no bake)

Step 1Combine milk & key lime juice.

Step 2Pour Mixture into pie shell.

Step 3Put pie into freezer until shortly before serving.

Step 4Remove pie from freezer to soften slightly and top with whipped cream and/or Key Lime zest.
