Ingredients
- - 1 roll refrigerated pie crust
- 2 - granny smith apples
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
How To Make apple pocket pies

Step 1preheat oven to 375 unroll pie crust, cut into 4 equal triangles. at this point, each triangle can be made into a dough ball and rolled out to form a circle (because its fun for the kids to work with dough!)or you can just use the triangle shape as well.

Step 2peel and dice the granny smith apples, in a small bowl mix apples,sugars,and cinnamon together untill coated. put a generous 2 tablespoons of apple mixture into the center of each crust. fold crust over and pinch the edges to seal or seal with a fork. poke holes in the top with fork for steam to escape.

Step 3bake at 375 for 10-12 min. or untill golden brown and bubbly.
