Apple Pie Cheesecake
15pecan shortbread cookies
4 Tbspbutter, melted
3 pkgcream cheesesoftened
1/4 clight brown sugar
2 tspground cinnamon
1 tspvanilla extract
1 can(s)21oz apple pie filling (comstock)
3 cwhip cream or topping
2 Tbspcaramel sundae topping
How to Make Apple Pie Cheesecake
- Preheat Oven to 350 F.
Wrap outside of 9" springfoam pan with foil.
Place Cookies in food processor; process to fine crumbs. Gradually add butter, pulsing until combined.
Press mixture into the bottom and up one quater of side.
- On medium speed, beat cream cheese, sugars, cinnamon and vanilla until creamy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
- Pour 3 cups of Cheesecake Batter into crust
Top with Apple Pie Filling
Then pour remaining Cheesecake Batter on top.
- Bake 45 minutes or until set
Turn oven off; Let Cheesecake stand in oven with door closed for 1 hour.
Remove from from oven; cool completely on rack.
Remove Foil and refrigerate cheesecake until ready to serve.
- Remove side of Pan.
Top Cheesecake with Whip Cream
Drizzle with Caramel topping.
