Apple Pie Cheesecake
- pecan shortbread cookies
- 4 Tbsp
- butter, melted
- 3 pkg
- cream cheesesoftened
- 1/4 c
- light brown sugar
- 1/2 c
- 2 tsp
- ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp
- vanilla extract
- 1 can(s)
- 21oz apple pie filling (comstock)
- 3 c
- whip cream or topping
- 2 Tbsp
- caramel sundae topping
How to Make Apple Pie Cheesecake
- 1Preheat Oven to 350 F.
Wrap outside of 9" springfoam pan with foil.
Place Cookies in food processor; process to fine crumbs. Gradually add butter, pulsing until combined.
Press mixture into the bottom and up one quater of side.
- 2On medium speed, beat cream cheese, sugars, cinnamon and vanilla until creamy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
- 3Pour 3 cups of Cheesecake Batter into crust
Top with Apple Pie Filling
Then pour remaining Cheesecake Batter on top.
- 4Bake 45 minutes or until set
Turn oven off; Let Cheesecake stand in oven with door closed for 1 hour.
Remove from from oven; cool completely on rack.
Remove Foil and refrigerate cheesecake until ready to serve.
- 5Remove side of Pan.
Top Cheesecake with Whip Cream
Drizzle with Caramel topping.
