Ingredients
- 2 - prepared pie crust, bought or homemade
- 1 cup rome apples, peeled and quartered
- 1 cup apples, golden delicious, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 tablespoon apple pie spice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 - egg white
- 3 tablespoons water
- - sugar, for sprinkling the top
How To Make apple pie

Step 1prepare pie crust, bought or homemade into pie plate. in saucepan, add rome apples, apple juice, cook until apples are a mush, then add golden delicious apples, cook until tender.

Step 2add in to apple mixture, remaining ingrdeients, cook until mixture is thick. pour into your prepared pie shell, with remaining pie shell, cut your lattice top, I do mine about 1/4" wide, layer your lattice top in a woven pattern, with floured fork, seal your pie crust edges, trim any remaining crust off, using your fork like a knife, brush with egg white wash. bake in 350 degree oven, until crust is golden brown, remove from oven, sprinkle top with sugar, if so desired.
