Ingredients
-
4apples cored and sliced
-
1/2 stickbutter
-
1/3 jar(s)mincemeat
-
1/2 cpecans or walnuts
-
1/2 craisins
-
1/4 stickbutter (this goes on top of brown sugar and oatmeal))

1/2 cbrown sugar, lightly packed
-
1/2 to 3/4 coatmeal depending on how crunchy you like it
How to Make APPLE MINCEMEAT CASSEROLE
- Place sliced apples in bottom of bread pan, put 1/2 stick of sliced butter on top. Evenly distribute raisins on top of this.
- Pour about 1/3 of a jar of ready made mincemeat on top of butter and spread out evenly, sprinkle your choice of nuts on top of that and press down evenly.
- Top with oatmeal and brown sugar and pats of remaining butter. You can microwave this for about 10 minutes or you can bake this in the oven at about 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. It comes out good either way. Top it with Vanilla ice cream if you like. Good served warm.
