- 1 - 9 inch unbaked pastry shell
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup light cream
- - ground cinnamon

How To Make apple custard pie

Step 1Pare, core, cut apples in eighths. Arrange in 9 inch UNBAKED pastry shell.

Step 2Combine sugar, flour, and salt. Stir in light cream. Pour mixture over apples. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon

Step 3Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 375 F for 1 hour. Remove foil; bake 15 minutes more, or till apples are done. Serve warm with Cheddar cheese, if desired.
