annette's warm crock pot apple cake
My non cooking friend brought this evening and said "try this,I made it! She was so excited as she never bakes. She said she saw this on the Internet and it looked easy,so she made it and her family loved it.She knows I love dessert.It was very good so I thought I would share this simple and tasty dish. It was good warm with a dollop of ice cream.She used apple pie filling and spice cake but of course you could use any combination you'd like. I named it this,I think she said it was called"Crock Pot Cake",she said she added spices,the original recipe she saw did not have the cinnamon.

- - 2 20 oz cans apple filling
- - 1/4 t.each ground nutmeg & cinnamon
- - 1 box butter cake mix
- - 2 sticks butter
- - 1/4 t.each ground cinnamon & nutmeg
How To Make annette's warm crock pot apple cake

Step 1Place apple filling in bottom of crock pot.Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.Add dry cake mix ,spices and place butter on top. Cook on high 2 hours.
