I got this recipe from my friend Anna, who is an amazing cook! She made it for dessert a few years ago and I had to have the recipe. I make it at least 4 or 5 times each Summer. Crunchy, lemony on the top, and sweet blueberries in the middle with a graham cracker crust. Great with ice cream!

Ingredients

blueberries
3/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
3 Tbsp
flour
1 1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
1/4 tsp
lemon zest, grated
8 oz
sour cream
1 Tbsp
sugar
1/4 c
bread crumbs, dry
1 Tbsp
butter, melted
1
graham cracker pie crust, 9

How to Make Anna's Easy Blueberry Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Clean blueberries and pour into pie crust.
  • 2Combine brown sugar, flour, vanilla, lemon rind and sour cream. Pour over the blueberries.
  • 3Melt butter and stir in dry bread crumbs and sugar. Sprinkle over the top of the pie. The more the better!
  • 4Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool and serve! Oh yeah, and prepare to fall in love. It's that good.
