anna's easy blueberry pie

I got this recipe from my friend Anna, who is an amazing cook! She made it for dessert a few years ago and I had to have the recipe. I make it at least 4 or 5 times each Summer. Crunchy, lemony on the top, and sweet blueberries in the middle with a graham cracker crust. Great with ice cream!

Ingredients

  • 5 cups blueberries
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs, dry
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 - graham cracker pie crust, 9

How To Make anna's easy blueberry pie

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Clean blueberries and pour into pie crust.
  • Step 2
    Combine brown sugar, flour, vanilla, lemon rind and sour cream. Pour over the blueberries.
  • Step 3
    Melt butter and stir in dry bread crumbs and sugar. Sprinkle over the top of the pie. The more the better!
  • Step 4
    Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool and serve! Oh yeah, and prepare to fall in love. It's that good.
