anna's easy blueberry pie
I got this recipe from my friend Anna, who is an amazing cook! She made it for dessert a few years ago and I had to have the recipe. I make it at least 4 or 5 times each Summer. Crunchy, lemony on the top, and sweet blueberries in the middle with a graham cracker crust. Great with ice cream!

Ingredients
- 5 cups blueberries
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs, dry
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust, 9

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Clean blueberries and pour into pie crust.

Step 2Combine brown sugar, flour, vanilla, lemon rind and sour cream. Pour over the blueberries.

Step 3Melt butter and stir in dry bread crumbs and sugar. Sprinkle over the top of the pie. The more the better!

Step 4Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool and serve! Oh yeah, and prepare to fall in love. It's that good.
