unbaked pie shell (8 inches)
2in a small bowl blend together the sugar, flour and salt.
3spread in bottom of pie shell. pout the milk over the sugar mixture, but do not stir.
4dot with the butter and sprinkle cinnamon over all.
5bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes, or until filling bubbles in center.
6this will not be a firm custard, so don't despair if it does not look like custard you are accustomed to. pie is better at room temperature.
