How to Make Amish No Bake Cream pie (with 4 variations)
- use the 1/4 cup milk to mix the cornstarch in to make thickening.
- cook together all but the vanilla until it thickens add the vanilla stir well and pour into a hot baked crust. Sprinkle with nut meg. Cool and serve
- Variation 1
Add banana extract instead of vanilla, 2 drops yellow food coloring, and add sliced banana's layered on bottom of crust and pour 1/2 the filling, add another layer of bananas and pour the remainder of the filling over top.

add 1 cup chocolate chips to the pan when it is half way thickened and make it a chocolate cream pie.
- variation 3
same as above but add chocolate mint chips for chocolate mint cream pie
- Variation 4
add 3/4 cup peanut butter just before you pour it into the crust, mixing until all mixed
