Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 3 - egg yolks
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Step 1For the crust: Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press mixture against sides and bottom of 9-inch pie pan.

Step 3Bake for 5 minutes; cool completely.

Step 4To make the filling: Beat egg yolks until thick, about 4 minutes.

Step 5Beat in condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest.

Step 6Pour into cooled graham cracker crust.

Step 7Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Step 8Before serving, beat heavy whipping cream until stiff (do not sweeten), and spoon over pie.
