This recipe was shared with me by a friend who had this wonderful pie on vacation and was able to get the pastry chef to share the recipe with her.

Ingredients
- 4 - egg yolks
- 4oz - confectioners' sugar
- 2 sticks - butter, unsalted
- 1/3 cup - kahlua coffee liqueur
- 1 - banana
- 1oz - amaretto almond liqueur
- 1-9” - graham cracker pie crust
How To Make adult french silk pie

Step 1Slice banana and cover bottom only of crust

Step 2Sprinkle Amaretto over banana

Step 3Place egg yolks, sugar, butter and Kahlua (all at room temperature) Whip, at height speed of electric mixer, for 10 minutes

Step 4Pour mixture over banana and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving

Step 5Serve with whipped cream and chocolate shavings
