- 1 - 8 oz. package of low-fat cream cheese
- 1 pint low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 - 8 oz. container of lite cool whip
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 - graham cracker pie crust
How To Make 8-minute low-fat cheesecake

Step 1Let cream cheese soften. Using mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in yogurt and vanilla.

Step 2Fold in Cool Whip and blend well. Spoon into pie crust. Chill until set for about 2-4 hours. Optional: Top with your favorite fruit. Slice and serve.
