Ingredients

  • 1 - 8 oz. package of low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 pint low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 - 8 oz. container of lite cool whip
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 - graham cracker pie crust

How To Make 8-minute low-fat cheesecake

  • Step 1
    Let cream cheese soften. Using mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in yogurt and vanilla.
  • Step 2
    Fold in Cool Whip and blend well. Spoon into pie crust. Chill until set for about 2-4 hours. Optional: Top with your favorite fruit. Slice and serve.
