6 Ingredient Blender Lemon Pie
½ cbutter, melted
1lemon, sliced into wedges, seeds removed
1 ¼ csugar
1frozen, deep dish, pie crust
·powdered sugar, garnish
How to Make 6 Ingredient Blender Lemon Pie
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Place lemon, sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla into blender, and pulse until mostly smooth.
- Pour lemon filling into frozen pie shell ( I used deep-dish) and bake for 45 minutes, or until set.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
- Slice, serve enjoy!
