I took 5 different pumpkin pie recipes and combined to get this one..i made several for thanksgiving and passed them out to different friends and family.. The result from responses was...best pumpkin pie they ever had...

Ingredients For 5-2-1 pumpkin pie

1 csugar

1/2 cbrown sugar

1 tspsalt

2 tspcinnamon

1 tspginger

1/2 tspnutmeg

1/4 tspchinese five spice

5eggs

4 Tbspmolasses

1 can29 oz real pumpkin

2 cansweetened condensed milk
How To Make 5-2-1 pumpkin pie

1preheat oven to 425 degrees....Mix dry ingredients, in a separate large bowl beat eggs, molasses and stir in pumpkin. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture, mix well. Gradually add condensed milk and mix well.

2Mixture makes enough for 2 nice size pies...i used a butter/vinegar pie crust recipe and was very pleased with the turnout. I sprayed edges of pie crust with butter flavored spray and sprinkled sugar around the edges before filling with pumpkin pie mixture.

3Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce temperature to 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until knifeinserted in center comes out clean. Cool 2 hours and refrigerate...
