4 ingredient pie crust
This is not my recipe but wanted to share with others. I found this recipe years ago on another sight by a Michelle Quigley I froze mine for a year and it was just as good.

Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour(you can add another cup for rolling out dough)
- 1/2 pound cold lard, crisco or butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 ounces can or bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage.
How To Make 4 ingredient pie crust

Step 1Combine flour and salt.Cut in lard until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Step 2Stir in soda until it forms a ball.

Step 3Divide dough into quarters & shape into balls wrapping them in plastic/saran wrap & refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Note: I was able to freeze mine up to a year.
