Ingredients
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 3/4 cup mashed bananas
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 2 cups zucchini, shredded
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup pecans, in pieces
- 2 tablespoons mini m and ms
How To Make zucchini brownie (low fat)

Step 1preheat oven to 350. line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper leaving a bit hanging over the sides as handles, spray with cooking spray. set aside.

Step 2in a large bowl, mix together applesauce, bananas and sugar. stir in vanilla and cocoa until mixed.

Step 3then add baking soda, salt, flax and zucchini and stir together.

Step 4add flour and pecans and stir until completely mixed in. spread evenly into prepared pan. sprinkle with m and m's.

Step 5bake for 25 minutes, until brownie springs back when lightly touched. don't over bake.
