This is great anytime and especially nice during the holidays..Halloween, Thanksgiving or Christmas!

Ingredients

  • CRUST
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • FILLING:
  • 1/2 - (13 oz.) cool whip
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • TOPPING:
  • 16 oz cans solid pack pumpkin
  • 6 oz packages vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cool whip

How To Make yummy pumpkin dessert

  • Step 1
    For Crust: Mix 3 ingredients together til crumbly. Spread on bottom of 9X13 inch pan. Bake at 300* for 30 minutes Cool
  • Step 2
    Filling: Cream the cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.
  • Step 3
    Topping: Spread over filling. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Top with Cool whip or whipped cream. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
