Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- FILLING:
- 1/2 - (13 oz.) cool whip
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- TOPPING:
- 16 oz cans solid pack pumpkin
- 6 oz packages vanilla instant pudding
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cool whip

Step 1For Crust: Mix 3 ingredients together til crumbly. Spread on bottom of 9X13 inch pan. Bake at 300* for 30 minutes Cool

Step 2Filling: Cream the cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

Step 3Topping: Spread over filling. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Top with Cool whip or whipped cream. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
