white chocolate creme brulee
I'm sure a lot of you seen this coming, EVERYONE loves Creme Brulee. And those who don't. Are LYING. And This White Chocolate one...Is straight up to die for. Yesterday I bought a couple Ramekins for my kitchen (Been Dying for a pair) so I thought. What better way to celebrate the integrity of them, Buy filling them with Creme Brulee! Happy Valentines Day to All, I hope you and your loved one enjoys this!

2-3 Brulees
Ingredients
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 3 oz - white chocolate chips
- 5 - egg yolks
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Pinch - salt
- - extra sugar
How To Make white chocolate creme brulee

Step 1Combine Sugar and Egg yolks in a mixing bowl. And whisk until Light in color, and ribbon stage is achieved.

Step 2Scald your heavy cream in a small sauce pot (Just below simmering point)

Step 3Now temper your hot cream into the egg mixture while Constantly mixing

Step 4Melt the white chocolate in the microwave until completely melted, and mix into the custard until thoroughly combined.

Step 5Strain your custard to remove any bits of egg or solidified chocolate.

Step 6Pour into Ramekins of choice, and place in a baking dish with high sides.

Step 7Fill the dish with Boiling water, Halfway up the Ramekins, and bake at 350 degrees for 16-20 mins (Exactly 19 mins in my oven)

Step 8Chill for at least 4 hours.

Step 9top each with 1T or so of Sugar, and brulee with a small blowtorch. If you don't have a blowtorch, Pop under the broiler for 2-4 minutes until the sugar is dark and caramelized

Step 10Crack the sweet shell on top, and enjoy immediately! :)
