Everyone's favorite summer dessert when they come to my house and oh so easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup raw sugar

How To Make volcano pudding

  • Step 1
    Place frozen berries in 9x13 pan.
  • Step 2
    Fold yogurt into the whipped cream and spread over berries.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle top with Sugar in the Raw and caramelize with a kitchen torch or place under a hot broiler for about 2 minutes until sugar is melted. Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Sugar will harden.
