Ingredients
- 1 package frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup raw sugar
How To Make volcano pudding

Step 1Place frozen berries in 9x13 pan.

Step 2Fold yogurt into the whipped cream and spread over berries.

Step 3Sprinkle top with Sugar in the Raw and caramelize with a kitchen torch or place under a hot broiler for about 2 minutes until sugar is melted. Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Sugar will harden.
