Ingredients

1 pkg
frozen mixed berries
1 c
heavy cream, whipped
2 c
plain or vanilla yogurt
1/2 c
raw sugar

How to Make Volcano Pudding

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place frozen berries in 9x13 pan.
  • 2Fold yogurt into the whipped cream and spread over berries.
  • 3Sprinkle top with Sugar in the Raw and caramelize with a kitchen torch or place under a hot broiler for about 2 minutes until sugar is melted. Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Sugar will harden.
