1 pkgfrozen mixed berries
1 cheavy cream, whipped
2 cplain or vanilla yogurt
1/2 craw sugar
How to Make Volcano Pudding
- Place frozen berries in 9x13 pan.
- Fold yogurt into the whipped cream and spread over berries.
- Sprinkle top with Sugar in the Raw and caramelize with a kitchen torch or place under a hot broiler for about 2 minutes until sugar is melted. Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Sugar will harden.
