How to Make Volcano Pudding

Step-by-Step

  1. Place frozen berries in 9x13 pan.
  2. Fold yogurt into the whipped cream and spread over berries.
  3. Sprinkle top with Sugar in the Raw and caramelize with a kitchen torch or place under a hot broiler for about 2 minutes until sugar is melted. Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Sugar will harden.
