I make these a lot for pot-lucks etc. Everyone loves them. Seems a lot of people have never tasted a real homemade brownie!

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 8 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • ·
    chopped nuts (optional)

How to Make Vicki's Homemade Brownies

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients, stir in (nuts optional)
  2. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
    Frost or dust lightly with powdered sugar.
  3. Sit back and wait for the compliments!
