1Mix together the Earth Balance and brown sugar until well mixed
2mix in the egg replacer and vanilla. Mix egg replacer as directed on package. Mix until light in color and creamy
3Mix in the flour, baking soda, and salt until well mixed
4Mix in chocolate chips
5Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Half way through cooking pick up the pan and slam it on the rack so all the air comes out. This will help to keep them soft. They will be chewy ooey and gooey. Take them out at 30 minutes even if you think they are not done. They do not taste as good if over cooked. These definitely need to cool before cutting.
