turtle blackberry cobbler
I created a new blackberry cobbler recipe in the style of turtle candies (chocolate, caramel and pecans). It's filled with turtle candies and it's perfect with ice cream.

Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh blackberries
- 1 3/4 cups caramel ice cream topping, divided
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 15 turtle candies, sliced
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 packets hot cocoa mix
- 3/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate milk
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
How To Make turtle blackberry cobbler

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2Combine blackberries, 1 cup caramel ice cream topping, chopped pecans and chocolate chips in a large bowl; whisk together with a fork.

Step 3Pour into a greased baking dish. Add the sliced turtle candies onto the blackberry mixture; mix well.

Step 4Beat margarine, brown sugar, and eggs in a medium bowl for 3 minutes until combined.

Step 5Add the flour, hot cocoa mix, chocolate syrup, heavy cream, chocolate milk and sea salt; beat for a minute until combined.

Step 6Spread the batter evenly over the top of the blackberry mixture.

Step 7Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes until the blackberries are bubbly and the crust is golden brown. Drizzle with remaining caramel ice cream topping.
