I created a new blackberry cobbler recipe in the style of turtle candies (chocolate, caramel and pecans). It's filled with turtle candies and it's perfect with ice cream.

  • 3 cups fresh blackberries
  • 1 3/4 cups caramel ice cream topping, divided
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 15 turtle candies, sliced
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 packets hot cocoa mix
  • 3/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate milk
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

How To Make turtle blackberry cobbler

  • Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Step 2
Combine blackberries, 1 cup caramel ice cream topping, chopped pecans and chocolate chips in a large bowl; whisk together with a fork.
  • Step 3
Pour into a greased baking dish. Add the sliced turtle candies onto the blackberry mixture; mix well.
  • Step 4
Beat margarine, brown sugar, and eggs in a medium bowl for 3 minutes until combined.
  • Step 5
Add the flour, hot cocoa mix, chocolate syrup, heavy cream, chocolate milk and sea salt; beat for a minute until combined.
  • Step 6
Spread the batter evenly over the top of the blackberry mixture.
  • Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes until the blackberries are bubbly and the crust is golden brown. Drizzle with remaining caramel ice cream topping.
